Hi, can I sue for this?

I had brain surgery (A third ventriculostomy) and I woke up. Not in a normal way, but I violently swung my head around, causing the neurosurgeon to cut a blood vessel. I was in an induced coma for 10 days while they drained the blood out.. and then shunted. I underwent physical therapy and am now shunt-dependent. If it matters any, I have pretty severe psychological problems now. I have horrible anger problems which I never had before and experience bi-polar like symptoms. If any more details are needed, ask and I will add them. Thank you. Educated answers are appreciated.
