Should I go to medical school or the Catholic seminary?

Well with all those qualifications you certainly have your choice, and I'm sure you would be a top notch contributor in either field. The way the world is headed we will surely need the best of help in both fields. I would suggest the medical field to start. Then see what kind of messages the Lord sends you down the road. You should be able to get plenty of grants so your choices of university's will be endless. But to pray for your answer is the best answer.
