I'm so worried about my dad. What can I do? Please help!?

He's a Neurosurgeon. The hospital he works at recently cut 1 from staff so now my dad is 1 of 2. Lately, he's been working until 9 or 10 at night and waking up and going to work before 6. This is on nights when no one needs emergency care and he gets paged in at 2 am. (then stays the whole day). He never worked the typical 40 hour work week but this is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure its very unhealthy. He loves his job but it scares me. He looks like he's 5 years older then he did a year ago. What can I tell him? What can I do?
