Advice on colleges and scholarships?

I'm currently a senior who's dual enrolled at my school and the local community college near my school. I have a total of 16 college credits and by the end of senior year I'll have 46 college credits. I recently took the Act and scored a 27, but I plan on retaking it so I can score higher. By the end of senior year I'll have taken Calculus 1,2, 3 and also Physics 1 and 2 at the community college. I'll become a neurosurgeon, but I'm unsure of what college I want to attend. Does anyone know any great neurosurgery schools? Also what are my chances of be accepted to those schools? How can I raise my chances and does anyone know of any scholarships i should apply for? All help is greatly appreciated. Also my gpa is 3.5, but Im going to raise it by the end of the year.
