I have a prolactinoma (spelling) what should I do?

Last year the doctors told me that I had a pituitary tumor that secrets prolactin. They said it was 9mm and that they were not going to do anything. I don't have a period at all. I did but it stopped about 5 months after it first started. Then this year (a few months ago) I lost my peripheral vision in my right eye so I went to the neurosurgeon and he said that nothing has changed and that the symptom had nothing to do with my tumor. Then I started lactating, a little at first but now I wake up and my shirt could be soaked at times. It's embarrassing. They don't want to do anything about it and every doctor I see tells me it's not the tumor - but they won't tell me or try to find out what it is. It's driving me crazy and I'm starting to lose my hair in 30+ strands. I'm pretty sure that's just stress but that's adding more stress. I'm only 18 and I don't have anyone to depend on. Not even doctors anymore. What do I do?
