I NEED HELP IN CHOOSING HEADPHONES PLEASE HELP ME AND FAST PLEASE?!?

i have beats by dr dre solo hd's but they sound pretty **** on my guitar amp...so i was planning on buying some inears so i decided to buy beats tours but i really need some headphones for my amp and mabye to use with some mixers or in a studio...should i buy the audio technica ATH ANC7 or beats studios...plz plz plz reply fast i have to leave to the airport in a while...thanz for the help :)
