I'm interested in becoming a neurosurgeon... Information, please?

I'm 15 years old, just looking into my future a little bit... I know I have to have 4 years of undergraduate and 4 years of medical school, but is there anything else I need? How many years of that? What should I major in college? What is the average salary? Do I get vacation/sick days? I obviously want to have a family, it won't interfere too much with that, will it? Is it stressful? Whats a day like on the job? Thanks! :)
