Can a Neurosurgeon afford a 125k Lamborghini Gallardo?

I'm planning to go to medical school this year after I graduate, after I have, let's say 20% of all my debt payed off. Could I afford a 125k Lamborghini Gallardo? Nerusurgeon's make on average 599k per year also. This isn't one of those "if you have to ask, you can't afford it questions"...
