Can a doctor have a double specialty: one in cardiosurgery or neurosurgery and Infectious disease?

basically a physician and surgeon combination. Because I really like investigating diseases and its effects, however I also love how the human brain works and the many faults associated with it, although disagree is not my most favorite im guessing it takes a shorter time to complete than neurosurgery so therefore a double certificate would be more possible. However is my favored combination of Neurosurgeon and infectious disease specialist possible
